Dr. Francisca Hongla Biaka has been elected as the new President of the National Association of Private Higher Education Institutions (ANIPES) in Cameroon. The election, held on March 30, 2026, in Nkolandom, South Region, was supervised by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Higher Education.
As CEO and President of the Biaka Group, and Vice Chancellor of Biaka University Institute of Buea (BUIB), Dr. Biaka brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Her mandate is expected to focus on strengthening collaboration among private institutions, enhancing academic standards, and promoting innovation and quality learning.
